There is one thing that binds all women together that is more important than fashion, makeup, and maybe even men (maybe!) And that is hair. My boyfriend tells me that I am doing somthing to my hair at least 6 hours a week. But I can't help it, I'm obsessed. If my hair does not look good, I don't feel good. And I don't even bother trying to put on a cute outfit, because bad hair just messes it all up.
Men just don't know what women go through when it comes to hair. Breakage, split-ends, bad perm, hair loss, bad beautician, bad cut, bad color...the list goes on. You name it I've been there. And women we finally do get that off-the-chain cut, color, or do; they just don't notice. But other women always notice. So I'm starting to wonder, do we do our hair to look good for guys, or for other women. Think about it. When another girl says that she like our hair don't we get excited. When a guy says he like our hair you're thinking "He's just saying that."
So us women must stick together, because we are all bonded through our hair. Leave a comment and let me know what you think. Or just leave a bad hair story, good hair story...Just leave something!

I would have to say that men definately notice - I had a horrible experience where the beautician thought that a "natural red" meant crayola red and I looked like a superhero for 2 days until I could go out in public to get it fixed. I called home crying and as soon as I walked in the door, my (always supportive) fiance said "Yeah, that IS bad". Needless to say, I didn't go back to the same person! -Erin
Well my hair used to be longer than what it is now *tear*. But men always notice when our hair isn't looking it's best and ignore it when it's right. But that's men for you...all backwards lol!!!
I agree. Hair is such an important part of feeling good about ourselves. There are very few things that feel better than leaving the salon after getting your hair washed by someone else and then getting a brand new haircut.
I will say that there are very few men that actually notice, but when they do, it feels good. I'll never forget when I was in high school, my mom wanted to give my blonde highlights. She did it herself, but needless to say, she did it wrong and I came out completely bleach blonde. No longer does she touch my hair! hahaa
I here ya, my fiancee just dyed her hair.
I just have to laugh, because my boyfriend is more obsessed with hair than I am.
I like my hair short, that way it's easier to manage. What can i say, i'm lazy.
